PB&J… but Make It a Cocktail 🍹

Some nights call for something simple, sweet, and a little silly. Enter my new favorite: the PB&J cocktail!

It’s exactly what it sounds like. All the nostalgia of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich… in a glass. Perfect for nights when you want to feel a little indulgent without fussing over complicated recipes or long ingredient lists. Honestly, it’s a conversation starter too. I guarantee people will raise an eyebrow and then fall in love.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Screwball Peanut Butter Whiskey
  • 1 oz Chambord Raspberry Liqueur

Optional: ice if you like it chilled, or a splash of cream if you want it richer.

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with ice (optional).
  2. Pour in the peanut butter whiskey, then the raspberry liqueur.
  3. Stir gently, watch the colors swirl together.
  4. Sip slowly and enjoy that grown-up twist on a childhood classic.

Why I Love It

  • It’s ridiculously easy. Literally two ingredients and you’re done.
  • It tastes like nostalgia. Peanut butter and jelly may be a kid’s snack, but in cocktail form? Chef’s kiss.
  • It sparks joy. Every time I make it, I feel like I’m sneaking a little treat just for me.

You could even play around! Swap Chambord for another berry liqueur, or top with a little whipped cream if you’re feeling fancy. But honestly, the magic is in its simplicity.

Bonus: Serving Suggestion

  • Serve in a short glass for sipping
  • Pair with a small plate of salty snacks (pretzels, anyone?)
  • Perfect for a cozy night in, or impressing your friends at your next casual hangout

This is one of those “pour and relax” recipes, zero stress, maximum vibes. 🍷💛

Screwball is also good with banana moonshine. Like a peanut butter and banana sandwich. We make them at work and call it the “Elvis” shot. He was known for his love of peanut butter and banana sandwiches 😝
